Delivery Policy
All Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail services, and will include all destinations throughout the UK. We will do our very best to post out your order as soon as possible after receipt.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within seven days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE DEALT WITH AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Returns
Our goal is that you’re completely happy with your purchase. Refunds will be given if goods are faulty. If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them within seven days of delivery in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Provided they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition we will refund the full cost of the goods, excluding postage, using the payment method used for the original purchase. You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend that returns are sent recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address and a copy of the original receipt.
